Chad has 15 years experience in the Automobile Industry, in which his concentrations were in Line Layout, Product Flow, Efficiency Factory and Management. He also has several years of Construction/Remodeling and Property Management experience. He holds a real estate license in Michigan and Ohio. His experience and Positive Attitude will help in all areas of Commercial Real Estate. His focus is on Industrial Warehousing, Retail and Commercial Site Selection.
